Well…
It took 22 months, but my dental work is FINALLY FINISHED. I took this selfie right after stepping out of the dentist’s office this morning .The dentist removed my crowns and installed the bridge in less than 20 minutes. Now, I just need to get used to this new mouth.
Then, at 1 PM, I set out to accomplish a goal I had set for myself: to complete a half-marathon by the end of the month.
I squeaked under 1 hour and 45 minutes for the official half-marathon distance of 21.1km.
I am so pleased right now.
